Eldem makes Eldem AI — software built on Claude by Anthropic that helps hotels, guesthouses and tour companies in Kyrgyzstan answer guests in their own languages. This page explains what data we handle on this website and in our product, and who processes it.

This website
- No forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We don't set cookies.
- Your browser remembers the language you chose (local storage, key “eldem-lang”). It stays on your device.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To pick the default language, Cloudflare tells the page the country of your request; we don't store it. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers.
- If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send. WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Email to @eldem.dev addresses is received through Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to our mailbox. We use your message only to answer you and to discuss working together.
Our product, Eldem AI
Hotels, guesthouses and tour companies use Eldem AI to answer their guests. Here the business decides what data is collected and why. We process it on the business's behalf and only to provide the service.
- What we process: guest messages (text and voice), the names and contacts guests share, travel dates, number of guests and wishes — and the business's own data: rooms, prices, tours, rules, availability.
- Who helps us process it:
- Anthropic, Claude API — understands requests and drafts answers and tours. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through the API is not used to train models by default.
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage and request routing (Cloudflare Clef).
- ElevenLabs — voice.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram) and Telegram — the channels a business connects.
- Beds24 — for businesses that sync their calendar with Booking.com, Airbnb and other platforms.
- We don't sell guest data and don't use it for advertising.
- Access: the business itself and the Eldem team members who set up and support its system.
- We keep data while the business uses Eldem AI. At the business's request we export or delete its data and its guests' data.
